Paiskeli Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the conditions specified below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person at least 48 hours before the scheduled ride.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled ride: Full refund or option to reschedule.
  • More than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the scheduled ride: 50% refund or option to reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride: No refund will be provided. Rescheduling may be allowed subject to the availability of slots.
  • No-show: No refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Paiskeli

In the event that Paiskeli cancels a cycling experience due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, equipment failure, or safety concerns, customers will be given the option to either:

  • Reschedule for a later date at no extra charge.
  • Receive a full refund.

4. Early Ride Termination

  • If a ride is terminated due to reckless behavior or violation of Paiskeli’s Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.
  • If a ride is terminated due to unforeseen health issues, mechanical failure, or other emergencies, a partial refund may be considered at Paiskeli’s discretion.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference.
